Moroccan craft meets Swiss design

Marrakech is famed not only for its overwhelming vitality and colorfulness, but also for its extraordinary craftsmanship. The idea of combining this with streamlined contemporary design came from Zurich designer Florence Morgenstern. Her «Oum» leather pouches are made by hand in a small factory near Marrakech, whereby quality as well as fair trade are key priorities. It likewise goes without saying that the cowhide leather is dyed using plant dyes. The pouch, which contains two inner compartments, is available in Nude, Brick and Crème.
