Description
Works from the collection as fine-art prints in your own home
Each work of art is an original which is part of what makes it so special. The disadvantage, however, is that the work cannot be in several places at once. As a way of allowing us to look at paintings outside as well as inside the museum, the Fondation Beyeler creates high-quality fine art prints of selected works. The masterpieces are digital printed on high-quality papers that are resistant to ageing. Find your favorite work in the Shop and enjoy it within your own four walls!
Paul Klee (1879–1940) is one of the major artists in the Beyeler Collection. Born in Switzerland, most of his training and artistic career took place in Germany. With his vast and wide-ranging body of work as well as countless written documents, he left behind a significant legacy. His distinctive visual language, which he kept developing well into his late work, fascinates viewers to this day.
