Sound Garden: Yves Neuhaus

Every Wednesday evening, you can enjoy the music of local and national acts with cool drinks and an inviting outdoor atmosphere. From classical music to reggae to electropop, Sound Garden in the museum’s park, with its multifaceted music programme, offers a relaxed way to spend a midweek evening.

‘Neuhaus’ is the solo project of the Swiss musician Yves Neuhaus. His music can best be described as a mixture of composition and improvisation. The classically trained Swiss composer and multi-instrumentalist creates pieces that always revolve around loops, which he enriches with violin, double bass, synthesiser, percussion, DrumComputer and other acoustic effects. Neuhaus’s musical sophistication is best expressed in his live performances when he constantly reinvents his music on the spot with a sophisticated system of instruments, Loop Station and electronics.

The music series takes place every Wednesday* between 6 and 8 pm from 19 June to 25 September 2024.
The meeting point is the pavilion in the park.

Admission: free of charge, no prior booking necessary
*On 14 and 21 August 2024 there will be no Sound Garden events.
